For hardscape construction, Artistic Landscaping. Inc. guarantees workmanship to be free from defect for a period of five years from date of completion.

For landscape construction, Artistic Landscaping, Inc. guarantees workmanship to be free from defect for a period of one year from completion date. Trees, shrubs, and perennials are also guaranteed for a period of one year from installation date.

CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS
In the case of weed control, no guarantees of effectiveness of treatment or duration of effectiveness are made. Ailing plant material will remain in place as long as there is a reasonable chance for survival. A plant that dies will be replaced, at no expense to the owner, with a plant that is of the same species and of equal value, provided the owner's responsibilities for care are met. Should the replacement plant die, a second replacement shall be made at cost, the species of which will be left to the discretion of Artistic Landscaping, Inc. All plant replacements will be handled in accordance with our seasonal schedule. Transplanted material is not guaranteed. Sod lawns are not guaranteed. In all cases with living things, owner must notify Artistic Landscaping, Inc. within twenty-four hours of noticing a problem. Allowing plants to die or reach an advanced state of decline before notifying Artistic Landscaping, Inc. will automatically and without recourse void all guarantees on that portion of the project. In no case shall Artistic Landscaping, Inc. guarantee workmanship or replacement of plant material when evidence of abuse, animal, insect, motor vehicle or other damage, misuse, or improper care is found. GUARANTEES SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY IF THE OWNER HAS COMPLIED WITH ALL PAYMENTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
